Shipping and Returns
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Any damage or loss must be shown when goods are signed for.
Shipping and handling cost are not refundable. This return for refund policy is applicable for change of mind, and lack of expertise for use of product. You must pay all cost associated with the return shipping.
We do not ship to PO Boxes for surfboards.
Please make sure you are 100% confident when choosing a surfboard size and model from Annesley Surfboards as we do NOT refund or exchange due to change of mind. However we are happy for you to contact our customer service team to discuss your issue.
There are no returns on custom order surfboards.
All surfboards sold by Annesley Surfboards come with a warranty to be free from any manufacturing defects or faults. Surfboards are NOT warranted against breakage. This warranty is not transferable. Goods under warranty cover will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer. Not refund can be provided under any circumstances. Warranty only covers the item(s) sold by Annesley Surfboards
Annesley Surfboards percentage returned products is extremely low, however when we have experienced returns a large percentage were found to be, not fault. If the returned goods are determined by Annesley Surfboards to not to be fault, then all returning shipping fees will be worn by the customer.
We will seek the permission from the customer to charge this cost to the customer’s credit card where possible. Failing this, the goods will be sent back by Australian Post COD freight collected.
Annesley Surfboards also reserves the right to charge the labour cost for examining these goods where no fault was found. All warrantees are voided if returned product is found in any way to be mishandled, modified, tempered, abused, physically damaged.
Please attach a copy of the original invoice or provide the original invoice number. A detailed fault description sheet must be sent together with all the returning warranty goods. Customer is responsible for any shipping and insurance cost involved in sending the warranty claim goods back to Annesley Surfboards. Annesley Surfboards is not responsible for any parcel missing in transit, on its return back to Annesley Surfboards

Order before 11:00pm AEST, and metro areas on the east coast, will receive their items in 1-4 business days.
The rest of Australia are expected to receive their items within 3-14 business days.
